My approach to mediation involves giving the clients the full opportunity to tell their side of the matter. This involves me listening to everything they have to say and deciphering the issues that are most important to the clients. I aim to ensure that by the end of the mediation, the clients have left no stone unturned and that they are aware of the outcome(s) that they need from the mediation, which in turn will help them come to a solution that can be acceptable to all the parties involved.
