ADR ODR International is a self-starting company created in 2016 by a Barrister that turned into a mediator, Rahim Shamji.

Rahim's vision was to enlighten the new world of mediation in order for the new world to reap the benefits.

ADR ODR International trains both students and professionals in a range of sectors and countries from

Civil/Commercial Mediation in U.K. universities to Executive Negotiation courses in Dubai.

Our Journey

ADR ODR International Limited is at its core a global collection of ADR professionals. We work across three main areas, known as ‘the hubs’; these are the Civil/Commercial hub, the Family hub and the Workplace hub. We offer a huge range of professional negotiators, mediators and arbitrators across all three hubs as well as tailor made mediation, negotiation and arbitration training.

Our business model is unique, we have a core ethos of social responsibility and the social conscience branch of the business is something we are truly passionate about. Our mission, put simply, is to help reduce conflict on a global scale.

Our ethos is to be ‘Progressive’, in the social responsibility we have as a business but also in the socially conscious way we tackle conflict globally. Our aim is to help you ‘Progress’ towards the resolution of your dispute or progress in your ambition of becoming an accredited mediator or arbitrator. Finally, ‘Progression’ comes from when we help you reach your goal, we help you settle your dispute, achieve accreditation as a mediator or arbitrator or just achieve peace of mind in relation to a conflict.

Aside from our ‘3 Ps’ we are great advocates of human ethics and our ethics come from our Dialogue and Pluralism department, which keeps us socially responsible and socially conscious of the conflict in the world. We look to increase dialogue amongst conflict torn sections of societies across the world and help them find resolution and peace within their differences using the power of words and communication.
