My primary focus is on assisting the parties to reach an amicable outcome for both of them. I hold a safe space for all the people involved in the process to allow them to openly communicate their feelings before working out possible solutions. I maintain a sense of omni-partiality while maintaining an environment of flexibility in order to let the parties explore the possibilities which may be sought to resolve their disputes. My focus is not only on assisting in reaching an agreement between the parties but reaching an agreement that they would actually follow outside the mediation table.
