Adjust my balance as mediator between facilitative and suggestive style according to the kind of mediation I am conducting. I have usefully mediated a large number of cases by working with the parties, on tailor made solutions, by trying different innovations and balance in my mediation style. The key to success is identifying/understanding the underlying interests, longtime relationship and cultural differences between different kinds of disputes and disputants.
