Mediation Style
Every dispute has a solution, and my passion is to help parties reach an amicable solution where nobody actually gets 100% but nobody leaves empty handed either, but mutually come to a workable solution negotiated by themselves for themselves.
There is enough hostility and acrimonious and if the parties can safe emotional turmoil and financial costs, it is in the interest of all parties. Once Parties are guided to believe that nobody is completely right, they will realise that nobody is completely wrong either. Litigation should always be the last option.
