Style & Approach
I am a non-judgmental and unbiased listener. I hope to bring my active listening skills to the table to make the parties feel understood and heard.
I use facilitative coupled with transformative style in mediation as I believe mediation heals and brings closure to the parties even if a settlement is not reached. I am empathetic and collaborative and at the same having vast experience as a practising lawyer would be able to play devil’s advocate when the situation requires. I would work beyond the disputes at hand to identify the core of the conflict to bring resolution to the parties.
