We are extremely proud to be bringing the 4-day top-up

Civil/Commercial Mediation Training Course to Switzerland.

This course provides already qualified mediators the opportunity to

attain a Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI)

qualification and apply for the SIMI level 1 accreditation.

The programme is taught by global experts who have decades of experience.

Successful completion of the programme will also allow you to become an

ADR ODR International accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator.

Course Aims

Civil Mediation Council (CMC UK) Accreditations*

Please note, for the foreseeable future the course

is held online via Zoom.

*Professionals who practice in the UK and wish to register with the CMC (UK) will be required to complete an in-person assessment when it is safe to do so

(at no extra cost).

Course Details

Brief Course Overview:

This course will cover the history and future of mediation, the psychology of conflict, negotiation skills and cross-culture.

The course also covers the various practical stages of the mediation process and with the supervision of a trainer, each delegate is guided on how to successfully navigate these stages to the standard required for the accreditation.

The participants will carry out commercial

mediation role-plays.
