Style & Approach
As a mediator, I am proficient in providing my clients a good listening ear and incite their analytical thinking at a variety of possible solutions available through mediation which legal proceedings will certainly not offer. The essence of mediation is to abridge the communication gap between the parties-in-dispute, break the ice to initiate negotiations as well as highlight their positive emotions and intentions attached to resolve the dispute, and I offer to bring my key qualities, skill-set and experience to execute the role at its highest.
I do not strictly follow a specific mediation style. Instead add value by tailoring the mediation styles according to the requirements of each individual case in-order to achieve best results for them. I believe, every client deserves a quality service and careful handling of their case at mediation stage because it will not only prevent them from exorbitant litigation expenses but will also provide them with flexible solutions, opportunity to save their relationship (either personal or business) and have a dispute free future immediately. I always ensure to build rapport, trust and confidence of my clients in myself. Due to my qualifications and training as a Barrister, Solicitor and Mediator, I am adept to resolve stubborn deadlocks between parties and make them look beyond their dispute. I have an adaptable, empathetic yet assertive approach in general.
