To be unbiased and neutral as a mediator is essential for effective communication with

all parties involved, ensuring that conclusions are not prematurely drawn, but rather

fostering a resolution between them. I will ensure a comprehensive understanding of

each parties’ perspective for them to create an amicable resolution that accommodates

the interests of both sides. In my perspective, I am adept at adapting to challenges that
