I currently work as a Research Associate at the ILS Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Pune, where I am part of a team that is making rules for Institutional Arbitration and Mediation for the Centre; I also help in designing courses and Certificate Programmes in ADR. I am the Founding and Managing Editor of the ILSCA ADR Blog since October 2020.
Style & Approach
My mediation style is facilitative – I believe that facilitating effective communication between the parties will help them arrive at a conclusion that serves their best interests. My approach is results-driven, and I guide the parties towards a conflict-free future. My knowledge of the law, skills of a conversationalist, and experience in ADR will play a vital role in helping the parties communicate, understand and negotiate the dispute.
