In my role as mediator I am able to draw on my legal and psychological background to quickly understand the issues important to both parties and be innovative in facilitating both parties so that they can reach a satisfactory solution or outcome. I have a personable and yet highly professional manner and work in a collaborative fashion to achieve the best possible outcome for the parties.
