Online Workplace Mediation
Course Overview
As a mediation training thought leader, ADR ODR International appreciates the need for our Workplace Mediators to
be flexible, adaptable and knowledgeable. This is why we have developed a Workplace Mediation Training Programme
that allows you to mediate online.
This training is suitable for those who have not got any mediation qualifications as well as those who have already
undertaken another mediation training (i.e. Civil/Commercial Mediation Course) before.
The programme is facilitated by a team of global experts that have decades of experience. Completion of the
programme results in full accreditation as a Workplace Mediator meeting international standards in mediation.
Course Aims
Delegates on this course will be provided with synchronous and asynchronous e-learning consisting of 27 hours of synchronous learning with real-time interaction and additional hours of asynchronous learning whereby delegates will be required to carry out specific pre-course reading and complete a post-training assessment in their own time.
Course Details
The course will cover some of the following topics: understanding the changing face of the workplace and process management.
The course also covers the various stages of a workplace mediation and with the supervision of a trainer, each delegate is guided on how to successfully navigate each stage effectively.
Following completion of the pre-reading, the theoretical and practical stages, each delegate will complete a full workplace mediation for their assessment. The delegates will also complete two written assignments after the 27-hour course.

Please note the Online Workplace Mediation Training is interactive.
Where the training is conducted online, you must be prepared to have your camera on at all times.
