Style & Approach
When facilitating a mediation, I like to use a very solution-based approach. This approach allows parties to work amicably towards an effective settlement which is acceptable to all involved. It is important that the parties are in control when it comes to their mediation as this allows them to be forward thinking when it comes to finding a solution and allows them to direct towards their own outcome. Mediations will always be fair and neutral with the hope that a resolution and agreement will be reached.
