T&C’s - Possession Claims Mediation Scheme

1. Fees and payment terms

The parties submitting their dispute to ADR ODR International's Possession Claims Mediation Scheme acknowledge that once they sign the mediation agreement and commit to mediation they will be required to make a payment of £110 + VAT (fixed fee and usually to be paid by landlords, otherwise fee to be negotiated between the parties) and only once the payment is received ADR ODR International's administrator for DEF will open the case.

Equally, any tenants whose landlords refuse to go to mediation and therefore, wishing to be provided with a certificate of non-engagement by the landlord will only receive such certificate once the payment of £15 + VAT is received.

2. Indemnity

All information provided by ADR ODR International is given in good faith and ADR ODR International will not be held responsible for actions taken by either of the parties as a result of the information provided before and/or during and/or after the mediation.

3. Queries
