T&C’s National Online Pro Bono Services (Lahore and Islamabad)


1. Fees and payment terms

The parties submitting their dispute to an online mediation through the ADR ODR International National Pro Bono Mediation Service (Lahore and Islamabad) acknowledge that the mediator assigned to the online mediation will provide her/his services free of charge for the allocated 3 hours. 

In order to ensure that all parties are an equal footing the party/parties agree that each party will be liable to pay the agreed administrative fees to ADR ODR International/the ADR Initiative before we can arrange for a suitable mediator for the online mediation and any further arrangements necessary, including the production of an online mediation agreement to be signed by both of the parties before the commencement of the online mediation. 

The agreed fee includes administration of the online mediation for the duration of 3 hours maximum. Should the parties wish to continue the online mediation past the allocated 3 hours a fee of Rs. 16400/- per hour per party will be chargeable. 

In any event, the online mediation will end at the end of the 3-hour period allocated. Should the parties wish to continue the online mediation past the allocated 3 hours this can be arranged after the first online mediation has concluded for a suitable date in the future. 

2. Cancellation and change of dates 

ADR ODR International and the ADR Initiative reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any online mediation. In the event that the parties cannot be accommodated with an alternative date, a full refund will be given. ADR ODR International and the ADR Initiative cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled or re-scheduled online mediation. 

In the event, that any of the parties to the online mediation cancel a scheduled mediation after submitting the admin fees, no refund will be given. 

No party substitutions are allowed. Given the pro bono nature of this service no party is permitted to have someone with them during the online mediation unless this is expressly agreed by both parties in the mediation agreement. 

Changes made 7 days prior to the dated scheduled for the online mediation are free of charge. Changes made less than 7 days prior to the dated scheduled for the online mediation are chargeable at Rs. 3280/- per party.


3. Indemnity 

All information provided by ADR ODR International  and the ADR Initiative is given in good faith and we will not be held responsible for actions taken by either of the parties as a result if the information provided before and/or during and/or after the online mediation.    


4. Queries 

If having read all of the information provided on ADR ODR International’s National Online Pro Bono Services (Lahore and Islambad) website you have further queries or questions regarding the terms and conditions, you must put these in writing to ADR ODR International and/or the ADR Initiative, prior to submitting your booking form for the online mediation.

Only when your queries have been clarified in writing by ADR OD International and/or the ADR Initiative and that to the best of your satisfaction you can submit your dispute to mediation via our online booking form.
