Style & Approach
I prefer facilitative mediation also known as traditional mediation. As a professional mediator I believe a mediation is only successful when the mediator attempt to facilitate negotiation between the parties in conflict without making any suggestions or recommendations. A mediator, throughout the process must encourages the parties to the dispute to reach a solution to their own dispute keeping in mind each others' main interest. A solution to the dispute that is Good for both the parties. A Win-Win Solution.
