Creating a safe and nurturing environment for disputing parties to discuss their issues and reach an amicable solution that benefits all parties involved, while still maintaining their professional integrity and helping the preserve their relationship, is my approach towards mediation. 

This will often involve assessing the dispute from each parties point of view and discussing the strengths and weaknesses of any solutions they present while pushing both parties to a solution that they agree with.
