As a mediator it is crucial to help meet my clients’ emotional needs, honesty, creativity, and patience. Some situations require a neutral perspective, to listen and understand all sides of an argument, providing equal opportunity for people involved in a dispute to speak without being judged or interrupted. Core of my service is to encourage both parties to talk and reach to an agreement between themselves without having to go to the court.
