John-Paul is a legally qualified accredited civil-commercial mediator and negotiator with a diverse skill base making him the ideal choice to mediate complex and sensitive disputes. As a practising barrister he has a thorough knowledge of the law of England and Wales and with over 15 years of uniformed service as a commissioned officer in HM Armed Forces he brings a wealth of experience honed at the highest levels of conflict resolution. John-Paul has commercial experience at board level and is regularly engaged to speak at large events and conferences. He sits as a member of council for the Nautical Institute, an NGO with consultative status at the International Maritime Organisation of the United Nations, representing seafarers and maritime professionals worldwide.
