Style & Approach
I apply a facilitative approach to mediation, whereby I aid the parties with reaching a durable agreement. As a naturally friendly and approachable individual, I try to create a warm atmosphere. In effect the parties’ temperament towards each other is reduced, and thus easing tension; this therefore makes the process of reaching an agreement easier.
