Training Experience

I am a dual qualified Barrister, practicing Solicitor and Mediator. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that was gained within the criminal justice system. I would often find myself having to diffuse volatile situations by using mediation skills. This experience has allowed me to bring a unique and insightful approach to the field of civil/commercial mediation.  

Professional Experience

From January 2018 until present I have been fortunate to work for ADR ODR International as project manager, case manager and course teacher. I have gained considerable experience within the field of civil/commercial mediation both practically and academically. In 2018 I assisted the ICC team in Paris on behalf of ADR ODR International with the 13th ICC Mediation Competition. I have case managed numerous mediations from initial instruction to completion successfully. I have also been fortunate enough to assist Dame Linda Dobbs on a complex Civil/Commercial mediation which I also case managed. In addition to arranging and completing numerous projects locally and internationally I also teach both professionals and students on the 40-hour accredited civil/commercial mediation course. I develop and acquire new skills daily that have assisted me with furthering my knowledge and expertise of civil/commercial mediation. I look forward to many more years with ADR ODR International.
