Training Qualifications
Underwent mediation training with Geetha Ravindra, formerly of the Virginia Supreme Court, in 2007 and further advanced training with her. Also underwent basic and advanced mediation training with the ADR Group of UK conducted under the aegis of the British Council and accredited as a mediator with the ADR Group of UK.
Underwent ToTs (Training of trainers) programs with Geetha Ravindra, formerly of the Virginia Supreme Court and Jon Lang of the ADR Group UK. Accredited as trainer with (a) the Supreme Court of India’s Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), (b) the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre and (c) with the ADR Group, UK.
Underwent training as trainer with the ADR ODR International, UK in 2018
Training Experience
Conducted mediation training programs in the district courts of Tamil Nadu under the aegis of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
Conducted mediation training programs for lawyers and judges in different States of India under the aegis of the Mediation Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India, such as Jharkand, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Chandigarh. Conducted TTT programs in Chennai, Bangalore and Kerala for the Mediation Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India.
