Mediation Style
For a successful mediation, it is vital to establish trust and confidence between the respective parties and mediator. My personal approach to mediation is to facilitate rather than to evaluate. I promote communication between parties and refrain from drawing merits of the case. Despite being an emphatic and impartial mediator, I do not hesitate to challenge each party when it comes to their ideal settlement. My personal goal as a mediator, is to be able to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute, mutually agreed by all parties.
