Style & Approach

It is well known that mediation is (or should be) a constructive dialogue between opposing parties. Αccording to my view, mediation is the art of serving (as a neutral) in order to help the parties to resolve their conflict through the most dynamic but peaceful tool, which is dialogue. In the light of the above, a mediator’s efforts should be concentrated at helping the parties to reach an amicable solution and resolve their dispute in a mutually acceptable manner, using dialogue as the most powerful method.
