1. Civil / Commercial Mediation Training
Duration: 6 Days
This internationally recognised mediation training programme prepares participants to conduct civil and commercial mediations effectively.

• 120-minute mediation role play
• 3-hour open book written assessment

ADR ODR International Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator

2. Fundamentals of Negotiation
Duration: 2 Days
This programme develops essential negotiation and conflict management skills required for effective dispute resolution.
