Professional Experience

I have been a practicing barrister since 1991 and a mediator since 2011. I am a member of Hardwicke chambers. I sit as a part-time Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber, Land Registration) and have conducted a number of mediations through that Tribunal’s mediation scheme.

I adopt a friendly and informal manner as a mediator but always seek to focus the parties’ attention on the issues that will enable them to reach agreement.
