Damai Mediation was founded in March 2020 and formally registered as a company in December 2020. Damai Mediation is the first practice of its kind in Brunei Darussalam, offering mediation services as well as mediation training. Our Principal, a former Senior Magistrate and Judge with the Courts of Brunei Darussalam and Accredited Mediator, is also the Brunei Resident Representative of ADR ODR International, a leading alternative and online dispute resolution provider in London, United Kingdom.
We provide a comprehensive array of dispute management services aimed at helping parties manage their disputes on their own terms as much as possible. Whether through arbitration, mediation or various types of claim evaluation or dispute facilitation, our parties typically come to us seeking to take control of their disputes in a welcoming environment.
