Professional Experience
Charlotte is a mediator and paralegal at Regan Peggs Solicitors, having joined the Firm in August 2021. After graduating from her law degree at the University of East Anglia in 2017, she went on to complete a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Oxford. In September 2021 she will be returning to her part-time studies on the Bar Training Course.
Prior to this, Charlotte worked for West Midlands Police as a Police Led Prosecutor. Her negotiation and conflict resolution skills were honed whilst working for Thames Valley Police as a Contact Management Officer and Crime Recorder from 2017 to 2019. She is experienced in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims, having worked as a Case Manager at TLA Medicolegal in Oxfordshire for 18 months.
