Style & Approach

My solutions-focused approach when mediating, is what I consider effectively facilitates a mediation towards reaching a settlement that is beneficial to all parties and to do so amicably. My focus on putting the parties themselves at the forefront of the process, enables them to be in the driving seat of their own resolution and gives them the freedom to dictate their own outcomes. As mediator, parties can expect a mediation that is characterised with respect, fairness, neutrality and creativity throughout the entirety of the mediation process.
