Style & Approach
My style is adjustable to what the clients and the disputes need, and I can navigate in a broad spectrum from evaluative mediation (that is my zone of comfort) to facilitative mediation, and I was also trained in transformative mediation. I like the problem solver approach to the problems, and to separate people from the problem, being nice and soft with people and hard with the identified problem. For me the Mediator is n independent third party that comes to the conflict from a balcony perspective and is not involved with the emotions and the “heat” that parties and their attorneys sometimes have, and that is why the Mediator can be useful to them, as well as the entire procedure, which is flexible and value the party´s autonomy.
