I strive to conduct mediation through non-confrontational guidance to provide the parties to a dispute the opportunity to resolve the issues in a mutual beneficial and acceptable manner.
Through my guidance I further strive to assist the parties to arrive at a point where the relationship, whether commercial or otherwise is restored to where it was prior to the dispute and where possible to enable them to continue their relationship in the future to the benefit of both.
Where parties are in disputes that may lead to criminal charges, I provide opportunity through mediation to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome as an alternative to criminal charges.
